How we got here: Started by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is one of four Spine Specialists in the area and wanted to provide health and wellness training while providing medical education to be as strong and healthy as you can be. Comprehensively Trained and Certified through Peak Pilates where Classical Pilates is provided with professionalism.
